iCALL is a pioneering and an empowering mental health and psychosocial support project, started in 2012 by School of Human Ecology, Tata Institute of Social Sciences – Mumbai. iCALL endeavors to provide professional and free counseling through its national level helpline service. Additionally, iCALL undertakes research and capacity building through public and private partnerships. Leveraging its experience, iCALL provided technical support through recruitment, practice, protocols and supervision to the Mann Talks Helpline during its pilot phase.

White Swan Foundation for Mental Health is a not-for-profit organization that offers knowledge-led solutions in the area of mental health.
